There was definitely no shortage of action in our activity room today! Busy hands, and just a little bit of organised chaos! 😄🎨🌸

🎨🌺 Rondte nr 1 is klaar, en wat ’n lekker dag was dit nie!

Vandag het die verfkwaste behoorlik gewerk toe ons inwoners blommetjies en blombakkies geverf het as deel van ’n spesiale projek wat oor twee weke strek.

Volgende week kom alles tydens Rondte nr 2 bymekaar, wanneer elke inwoner se handewerk deel word van ’n unieke blomportret. 🌸 Ons is baie opgewonde om die eindresultate te sien!

Driekie, Dirk en Dee, baie dankie vir al julle moeite en liefde met hierdie besonderse projek. Ons inwoners het elke oomblik geniet! ❤️

Baie dankie ook aan Sonja vir die heerlike eetgoed, en aan al ons wonderlike vrywilligers wat soos altyd gereed gestaan het om ’n handjie by te sit. Julle tyd en ondersteuning beteken ongelooflik baie vir ons 🙏

🎨🌺 Round no. 1 is complete, and what a wonderful day it was!

The paintbrushes were certainly kept busy today as our residents painted flowers and flower containers as part of a special project that will take place over two weeks.

Next week, during Round no. 2, everything will come together, and each resident’s handiwork will become part of their own unique floral portrait. 🌸 We are so excited to see the finished creations!

Driekie, Dirk and Dee, thank you so much for all the time, effort and love you have put into this very special project. Our residents enjoyed every moment! ❤️

A big thank you also to Sonja for the delicious treats, and to all our wonderful helpers who, as always, were ready and willing to lend a hand. Your time, support and dedication mean more to us than words can say. 🙏
