Another year has come and gone, in a blink of an eye, it seems. Thank you to my wonderful Tai Chi family for making it so incredibly special. Here's to what 2025 has in store for us! May it see us continuing to practice the beautiful art of Tai Chi. Blessings to you and yours over the festive season.
