❄️ Our LGs kicked off their first winter training session 💪🌊

Winter training is such an important part of the season, it’s the perfect time for our Lifeguards to sharpen their fitness, improve their skills, build endurance, and prepare for the busy summer months ahead.

Big Bay showed up in full force at Interprovincials for the Western Cape, and the results say it all.

Our Nippers and Lifeguards delivered across the board, dominating both pool and surf:
