Introducing our 3rd speaker, the one and only Kaylib Mango founder of Teen Schools pageant, aspiring entrepreneur and Co founder of RSA models👌!

I am the proud 28-year Kaylib Mango, who is passionate about pageantry and all its elements that come alongside. I have been in the industry for over 10 years flying with so many National and Regional titles.

The pageant director of Teen Schools Pageants, with a celebration of 3 years in the making and growth points that excel to extreme levels. Teen Schools Pageants as a whole focuses on the embodiment of creating opportunities for every individual youth and elderly, as we create a platform where people can feel inclusive and create talent opportunities. With this, most of our title holders had opportunities where they could take their opportunity to the National Stage and allow them opportunities for international opportunities.

Besides Teen Schools Pageants, we have recently started our very own model academy called: RSA Models located in De Kuilen, Kuils River. With our academy, we allow mostly un-experienced models, who share an interest in persuing a career in the industry to allow them opportunities for growth that flies as high as billboards for their names to be written all over the world. We have merged with two talent search agencies that will allow our students opportunities for both castings and advertisement opportunities. These elements that we focus on our academy are opportunities where students can become better versions of themselves and sore into amazing leaders in and around their communities' becoming ambassadors of change.

Kaylib Mango, who is not just seen as a model, can also be seen as a business-minded individual, who has many business qualifications behind him. Marketing Management, Human Resources Management and currently busy with his Business Management studies too.

Kaylib is motivated by the words of Pia Wurtzbach that says: "Never give up on your dreams. With determination, faith, and hard work, you never know what could happen." By these words we are empowered that we need to continue with the battle, nothing in life is easy, but if we keep pushing with determination and dedication, we will achieve success.

Introducing our second speaker on the upcoming highly anticipated model workshop Marnus Botha ✨

Originally from the picturesque town of Oudtshoorn, Marnus Botha now resides in Brackenfell, Cape Town with his wonderful wife and their adorable baby boy.

Holding both Honours and Master’s degrees in Urban and Regional Planning, Marnus combines strong academic credentials with meaningful real-world experience. He works as a Professional Town Planner for the City of Cape Town, where he plays a key role in infrastructure development and service delivery — helping to shape the city’s urban future and improving the daily lives of its residents.

In recognition of his forward-thinking approach and commitment to the profession, Marnus was honoured in 2023 as one of South Africa’s Top 30 Young Planning Professionals by the South African Council for Planners (SACPLAN).

However, Marnus’ talents extend far beyond the planning sector. He has also made a mark in the modelling and pageant industries. He was a Top 5 finalist in Mr South Africa 2024 and went on to earn the First Runner-Up title at Mr Global South Africa 2025, where he also received both the Public Choice Award and Charity Award.

In terms of charity work, Marnus volunteers at the Somerset West Night shelter where he is actively involved in community events to raise money towards providing hope and dignity to the homeless.

In the media and entertainment industry Marnus made appearances on the Expresso Show on SABC3 as well as the talk show “Gesels”hosted by Leandi du Randt as part of the Moves & Mimosas segment on VIA DSTV. Furthermore, he has collaborated and worked with reputable local South African brands and business including Braaibroekies, Franklees underwear, Luxeyes and Hannon beauty products.

Represented by 33 & Me Talent Agency Cape Town, Marnus exemplifies achievement across diverse fields — seamlessly balancing his impact in urban development with success on the modelling stage.

_Upbringing and Background:_
- I grew up in the southern suburbs, Grassy Park (known for being a middle class area)
- ⁠My environment never stopped me from pursuing my dreams or goals and quite frankly I never fit in there anyway, so it was only a matter of time for me to step up and stand out

_Fun Facts:_
- Avid hiker, gym goer and adrenaline ju**ie
- Besides Modeling I have now been taking acting lessons and branching over into that space, as tv commercials have made me realize being an actor is where it is at
- ⁠I throughly enjoy wholesome activities such as beach days, putt putt, braai’s and a good movie night!
