RLabs To build a global network of resilient and thriving communities through HOPE, Innovation, and Opportunity.

For too long, technology has been kept up in some mysterious cloud, guarded by gatekeepers. We’re building RLabs AI Lab to bring it right down to earth.

Because tech isn’t a lecture hall, it’s a sandbox. It’s a space to experiment, to fail, and to try again. You don’t learn the hustle from a manual; you learn by doing.

AI can process data, but it cannot process the soul. It can give you an answer, but it doesn’t have your story. The only way to make sure AI doesn’t replace us is to make sure we are the ones leading it.

When our youth see how this technology can solve a problem on their own street, something shifts. It stops being a threat and becomes a partner.

Let’s build a future that actually works, one that carries our context, our culture, and our community. As the world automates, we’re making sure it doesn’t lose its heart.

What does change actually look like?

True faith and ambition aren’t just things we hold onto internally; they are meant to become visible. Every step of obedience, every challenge faced, and every small action we take builds the proof of who we are becoming.

Don’t hide the seasons where you feel inadequate. Often, our biggest moments of breakthrough are born right in the middle of our weakness. Your journey is rewriting your identity every single day.

Let your life be the evidence.

Swipe through to reflect on what you are becoming.

To BECOME is something that has always been God-ordained, it’s His purpose and plan for us to step into exactly who we were intended to be. Against all odds, this is the year we step out of our comfort zones.

Now, we are talking about BECOME to Create.

Too often, we look at external factors and diminish what we are capable of making. But hear this: your belief shapes your creative capacity! Creation is simply the overflow of your transformation.

When you are part of the RLabs family, you don’t just exist, you shift the atmosphere.

We are:

•HOPE Carriers - making hope contagious!
•System Builders - creating space for the excluded
•Multipliers, Culture Architects, and Possibility Creators

Let’s stop playing small. Let us BECOME deeply and create boldly!

We often focus on what we want to build, create, or achieve, but transformation always begins deeper than the outcome.

We believe meaningful impact is born from internal transformation. When minds are renewed, possibilities expand. When people become whole, they begin creating systems, opportunities, culture, and hope within their communities.

Before influence comes identity, and before creation comes becoming.

Because the greatest thing we will ever create is the person we become.

This is how hope spreads.

For too long, AI has been framed as this mysterious cloud floating high above our realities. It’s created fear, hesitation, and a new kind of gatekeeping.

But let us be honest: technology has never been the problem. It is just another tool in the toolkit.

When the world describes AI in ways that make it feel out of reach, they aren’t just hoarding knowledge; they are creating a poverty of access. And you cannot shape a future you are excluded from.

We are not waiting for the perfect moment. We start where we are. We are not interested in just politely asking for a seat at the table, or waiting for someone to open a door... We are taking off the lock entirely.

Let us democratize the future. Let us make hope contagious.

The Green Youth Force Design and Implementation Workshop for the BLNE region brought together UNICEF GenU, the African Union, and key public-private ecosystem partners to architect scalable frameworks for youth economic empowerment and climate resilience. We participated alongside these global and regional stakeholders to help shape an initiative designed to equip millions of young people across Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, and Eswatini with the future-proof skills required to succeed in the emerging green economy.

A major milestone of our contribution occurred during the Youth-Centric Implementation: World Café session. We anchored the dialogue heavily around Accessibility. As the ecosystem leverages Yoma technology as the foundational infrastructure for these regional pathways, our focus was advocating for a framework where access is frictionless, inclusive, and systemic. True economic transformation requires that digital and physical pathways are completely barrier-free, ensuring that vulnerable or marginalized youth demographics are integrated seamlessly as the region transitions to a green workforce.

Through this collaborative ecosystem, the initiative drives a triple-impact model:

- Youth Economic Empowerment: Creating viable, decent livelihoods in sustainable sectors.
- Accelerated Sectoral Results: Aligning regional programming to meet critical climate and environmental milestones.
- Systems Strengthening: Building robust workforce pipelines and driving systemic cost savings across the sub-region.

Moving forward, these insights will inform the finalization of actionable country-level implementation plans that establish clear coordination, maximize resource mobilization, and ensure scalable, inclusive impact.

When seasons shift, it’s easy to look back or get distracted by the uncertainty. But the real momentum is found in looking forward.

We believe everyone holds the innate power to become, to step into their purpose and embrace the new chapters ahead. Closing an old chapter isn’t a loss; it’s a setup for the new things being built.

Don’t obsess over the past. Instead, let’s ask ourselves: What must we improve right now to be ready for the next season?

Stay expectant. Stay focused. Let’s get ready to become who we were always destined to be.

18/05/2026

It’s incredibly easy to let shifts or changes divert our focus. When a season transitions, we often find ourselves looking back, losing our momentum, and interrupting our true potential to BECOME.

But your growth was never meant to be dependent on circumstances or people. There is a distinct, beautiful design inside of you, waiting to take shape.

The past is a closed chapter. Don’t dwell on it. Instead, look forward with high expectancy for the new spaces, new opportunities, and new impact waiting ahead.

Ask yourself today: What do I need to improve right now to be ready for the new season?

Stay ready. Get ready. Let’s become exactly who we were destined to be.

What happens when potential meets purpose?

We believe transformation isn’t just a wish, it’s a systemic journey of renewing minds and expanding capacity. But you cannot fully BECOME who you are meant to be while staying attached to the spaces, mindsets, or labels that keep shrinking you.

True growth requires us to shift:

*Identity before Assignment: Know who you are before you try to change where you are. *Process over Packaging: Don’t judge your future by your current external circumstances.
*Impact over Comfort: Your purpose is never just about you, it’s deeply connected to the freedom and advancement of others.

Unused potential turns into frustration. But when you step up, accept the responsibility, and say “Yes” to the process, an entire community shifts with you. Someone out there is waiting on your breakthrough.

Our RLabs South Africa hub recently hosted Ms. Cindy Termorshuizen, Canada's Deputy Minister for Canada’s International Development – Global Affairs Canada, for a comprehensive overview of our local impact and global digital infrastructure.

We were also honored to welcome H.E. Mr. James Christoff, High Commissioner of Canada to South Africa, and Ms. Shauna Flanagan, Head of Cooperation at the High Commission of Canada to South Africa.

A significant focus of the visit was the Yoma World ecosystem, which is hosted and managed in South Africa. We demonstrated how the platform currently delivers skills development while preparing for the integration of a new impact exchange.

The Deputy Minister engaged with local youth to discuss how digital platforms and community-led initiatives can effectively dismantle barriers to employment and personal growth. These exchanges are vital to ensuring our global digital tools remain responsive to the lived realities of young people, transforming talent into sustainable livelihoods.
