All Breeds Cat Club ZA The All Breeds Cat Club was started in 1968 by Stella Slabber. The GCC of the ACC of SA, later changed to become the Southern Africa Cat Council (SACC).

The All Breeds Cat Club was started in Cape Town in 1968 by Stella Slabber at a time when only certain breeds were accepted by the majority of cat clubs in South Africa. The logo “ABIE” depicts a generic cat and remained a token of the ABCC’s motto of accepting all breeds of cat and being a friendly, inclusive organization where everyone is welcome. at Clubs of South Africa was formed, ABCC joined as one of the two clubs in Cape Town. ABCC was affiliated to SACC until 2022. It organized more than 100 successful SACC shows over the years, as well as several Cat of the Year (COTY) events. In 2022 a decision to disaffiliate from SACC was taken during the Annual General Meeting. ABCC joined the leagues of the independent cat clubs in SA. The first independent show was held on 7 May 2022 in Milnerton.
