Celebrating what makes us UNIQUE!

Our children had a wonderful time visiting Masi Community Hall to watch an inspiring performance by the Inclusive Arts Collective

The story followed Nkanyezi, a little girl who dreams of becoming a famous model. Because one of her legs is shorter than the other, she begins to wonder whether her dreams can really come true. Through her journey, the children were reminded that our differences are what make us special, and our dreams should never be limited by what makes us unique.

The children absolutely loved the performance, and it was such a beautiful way to celebrate individuality, inclusion, self-belief and the beauty of being ourselves.

A heartfelt thank you to Rosemary from the Chaeli Campaign for making this special experience possible!

At Bhongolethu, we believe every child deserves to feel seen, valued and celebrated for exactly who they are.

Celebrating Heritage & a Wonderful Term 3!

What a beautiful way to end Term 3! Our Heritage Day celebration was filled with colour, culture, smiles and a wonderful reminder of the many different stories, traditions and backgrounds that make our school community so special.

As we close the term, we are proud of all that our learners have achieved, the challenges they have overcome, the friendships they have built and the memories they have made along the way.

Thank you to our incredible learners, dedicated staff and supportive families for making Term 3 so special.

Now it’s time to rest, recharge and enjoy a well-deserved break!
