After a brief postponement due to the roaming virus, the Mamre Horse Outreach is officially back on track! 🎉

Cape Equine Network, in partnership with Mamre Equestrian Club, invites all horse and donkey owners to join us for a full day of FREE care and support for your animals:

✅ Admin / Micro chipping
✅ Deworming
✅ Wound Treatment
✅ Tack and Harness Repair
✅ Farrier Services

All completely free of charge 💙

Bring your horses and donkeys, bring your friends, and come support horse welfare in our community. A food truck will be on site too, so come hungry! 🍔☕

“On Mandela Day, we didn’t just talk about making a difference — we showed up for it. 💛 Thanks to the incredible generosity of the 3 Wishes Foundation, Gresham and Jenilee Adams, Mamre CPA, Chelsen Jacobs, Emma April, and our amazing volunteer Bryan Oppelt, we were able to bring warm soup and a little bit of love to 500 members of our community.

67 minutes. That’s all it takes to make every minute count, and our club was proud to ride for change alongside people who truly care.

As Madiba said: “It is in your hands to make a better world for all who live in it.” Once a rider, always a rider — no one gets left behind. 🐴❤️

A MESSAGE FROM MAMRE EQUESTRIAN CLUB

Mandela Day reminds us that even the smallest act of kindness can make a meaningful difference. As a club, we are proud to be part of this community, and this is our humble way of giving back and saying thank you to the people who have supported, encouraged, and walked alongside us throughout our journey.

On 18 July 2026 at 9:00 AM, we invite our community to join us at Poezi’s Close close to the Minor Hall as we share a warm cup of soup in honour of 67 Minutes for Mandela Day.

We believe that kindness brings people together, and that a simple gesture can warm not only hands, but hearts too. Whether you come for a cup of soup, a friendly conversation, or simply to share in the spirit of Ubuntu, we welcome you.
