Grove Toastmasters Club We are the Grove Toastmasters Club, a member of Toastmasters International. We aim to help you shape your future through effective communication.

We will help you become the public speaker you want to be! Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of meeting locations. Headquartered in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, the organization has more than 270,000 members in more than 13,000 clubs in 116 countries. Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped people of all backgrounds become more confident in front of an audience.

Hi Everyone!

We’re excited to welcome you to our Toastmasters meeting tonight, Wednesday, 5 August from 18:30, hosted at the Kelvin Grove Club’s Cream Lounge.

Every great evening needs someone to guide our thoughts as our internal voice puts experience in words. That person tonight is Adrian Bergh, as Toastmaster of the Evening.

Our theme for the evening is:

✨ The Weight of the Word ✨

Words and the Weight they carry are often underestimated. The power of a few syllables strung together can have a huge impact on how people perceive their lives, obstacles, and opportunities. Tonight we tap into this underlying power and the Weight of the Word.
