Menstrual dignity means more than just access to products. It means access to education, clean sanitation, support, safety, and the freedom to menstruate without embarrassment or limitation.

This International Menstrual Hygiene Day, we ask:
“How do we ensure that every girl menstruates with dignity?” ❤️

Because no girl should have to miss school, feel ashamed, or compromise her health because of a natural part of life.

It’s time to break the stigma, raise awareness, and paint the country red for her.
