Its objectives and activities are centered around certain core values:
1. Promoting and protecting the family unit;
2. Affirming the sanctity of life, which is the basis of the right to equality and equal protection and benefit of the law;
3. Upholding individuals' rights to freedom of conscience, expression and association;
4. Asserting society's collective responsibility for the social welfare a
nd security of its members, especially those who are most vulnerable amongst us; and
5. Affirming that everyone in authority carries an obligation to rule justly in service of those over whom they have been appointed. Conversely, everyone under authority is called to willful obedience and respect for leaders, being committed to express grievances in a constructive and non-violent manner.
