Tata Nelson Mandela spent exactly 27 years in prison—and today, exactly 27 local school learners showed up to change their lives!

Our message was clear: Your current struggles are just a temporary prison. Your natural brain power is the key that unlocks your future! Report cards don't define you. We stand united against the street traps of alcohol and Tik! 🧠💡

The library doors are coming straight to the village! Lusanda Creations is hosting a free 67-Minute Mandela Day & Term 3 Motivation Activation for our local school learners.

If you are a student ready to win in Term 3 and refuse to drop out, this is for you!

We are fighting an active war against alcohol, ma*****na, and TIK. Tik is a toxic trap designed to steal your mind, strip your youth, and leave our communities in absolute fear.

🔥 TERM 3 OPERATIONAL ROLLOUT:

📢 Starting next week, we are visiting morning assemblies at all schools in Ward 5 & 6 to deliver high-impact motivational talks!

💼 We will also be running our physical gate sales, providing premium Stationery Toolkits (Pens R3, Duos R5, Trios R10, Deluxe Kits R20) to arm every learner!

👔 OUR SCHOOL UNIFORM DRIVE IS LIVE:
We are officially collecting fairly new, second-hand school uniforms. No child must stay away from school due to a worn-out uniform. We collect clean shirts, trousers, skirts, jerseys, and shoes to distribute directly to vulnerable learners.

Happy Tuesday afternoon, Cala! As schools close for Term 2 this Friday, Lusanda Creations is stepping up to protect our youth during the winter holidays.

While school gates close, the library remains open! Our Ndondo Square Afterschool Workshop learners kick off their official holiday program on Monday, 29 June 2026.

To keep our youth united, we want our rural learners from Ward 6 to join us every single Friday. We are fighting an active war against alcohol, ma*****na, and tik—trust your natural brain power! 🧠💡

We are incredibly proud to announce that we now have 145+ active library card holders (120 Rural and 25 Urban). We could not have achieved this milestone without the incredible community support from Build it Cala, Shelli, FreshStop Vukani Community Radio and Shoes Tuck Shop!

To scale our winter safety shield, we urgently need your support for our active campaigns:

🍎 Holiday Programs: Donations of stationery, bread, healthy sandwiches, snacks, biscuits, fruit, and ingredients to keep our kids warm at the library (like hot chocolate, milo, soup, sugar, flour, salt and tea).

🚲 "Rural Wheels" Drive: Sponsoring public transport fares at R80 return per child to bring rural minds safely to town on Fridays. (Our active list has officially surged from 87 to 120 rural learners!)

OUR RURAL MISSION IS SURGING! 🚲📚

The demand for our "Drug-Free School Days" workshops is massive for our youth in Ward 6, Ndondo Square, and surrounding villages in Cala! 📈💳

We have officially activated 120+ library cards for rural learners and are working tirelessly to secure bicycles and transport fares through our active BackaBuddy Campaign ("Rural Wheels").

But to handle this growth and unlock major corporate funding, our founder can no longer run this alone.

WE URGENTLY NEED 3 VOLUNTARY BOARD MEMBERS (Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer) TO MAKE LUSANDA CREATIONS OFFICIAL.
📌 We need local leaders:
• Teachers, retired or library staff 🏛️
• Retail or business professionals 🏪
• Anyone passionate about fighting drugs and teaching digital skills!

JUNE 16 CLOSING: CHANGE THE GAME THROUGH MOBILITY! ✨

Our "Drug-Free School Days" mission is fighting a real war against alcohol, ma*****na, and tik. Drugs do not make you smarter—trust your natural brain power! 🧠💡

To keep our Urban Learners safe, we run high-impact Daily Afterschool Workshops to rescue them from the street traps of Ndondo Square.

But our Rural Learners in Ward 6 are completely locked out by distance. We want our rural youth to join us every week by making Fridays our official Rural Library Days.

To solve this, we have officially launched our BackaBuddy Crowdfunding Campaign: "Rural Wheels: Connecting 87 Learners to Literacy" (Active: 08 May – 11 Dec 2026).

🚲💨Our current BackaBuddy Campaign targets 87 learners, but our active list has surged to 120+ ongoing learner activations.
We need urgent help to secure bicycles, mobility, or fund local transport fares. It costs a minimum of R40 single or R80 return to bring one child from Ward 6 villages to the town library hub.

This Youth Day, let’s celebrate by focusing entirely on our exams.

Our mission as Lusanda Creations is "Drug-Free School Days." While education is free, our greatest struggle right now is wheels.

Our rural youth face massive transport barriers to reach the library, and rural community development needs urgent attention.

Despite these hurdles, we have successfully activated 145 youth registrations, a milestone formally stamped and verified by the Sakhisizwe Local Municipality 🏛️
