It highlights thought-provoking solutions driven by some of South Africa’s most progressive and innovative brands, placing people at the centre of their vision and mission. Furthermore, the series demonstrates the importance of the ethos of ‘profit with purpose’ and the pursuit of inclusive and sustainable growth. IT’S AFRICA’S TIME (IAT) – currently in its 4th season and with an audience reach of 500 million, this TV series documents and promotes the ‘ inclusive business’ model as a key component of corporate growth strategy across Africa, where profitable business solutions grow local value chains and drive societal transformation. The series demonstrates how this approach can raise awareness of the importance of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

TIME FOR GLOBAL ACTION (TFGA), a global TV series with an audience reach of 3 billion, is designed to advance the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by documenting the human stories of innovative and sustainable, business-led development. The Nestlé story, filmed at the Makhoba Project, shows how the shift from sustainability to regeneration described in the Bizcommunity article works in practice. After land was returned under Thabo Mbeki, the partnership with Nestlé helped rebuild the local dairy industry while creating jobs and skills through the Youth Employment Service. The science is clear: to tackle the climate emergency and protect our common future, we need to end our reliance on fossil fuels and invest in clean, affordable energy for all.

Clean energy is good business. It drives job creation, cleaner air and better health. And preserving our planet is in everyone's interest. No group, no business and no government can stop the clean energy revolution.
