In celebration of Cape Town City FC’s 10th year, the Bafo Khewana Foundation donated 100 sanitary pads to the Pad Assist campaign. BKF remains committed to supporting dignity, health, and youth development across Cape Town communities.

🎂 BIRTHDAY GIFTS TURNED INTO BLESSINGS | HOME FIGHTERS NETBALL 🏐💚

For the BKF Founder’s Birthday, the community didn’t bring gifts.
They brought sanitary pads.

Today, BKF took those birthday donations and shared them with the HomeFighters Netball Club, plus chocolates and Play Energy Drink to keep them fueled and celebrated.

What this means:
Those birthday donations are now protecting dignity for women, fueling athletes, and showing our girls that they are supported.

To Home Fighters:
Thank you for being strong, disciplined, and for representing our community with pride. Keep fighting on the court. Keep lifting each other. You are role models, and BKF is 100% behind you.

To everyone who donated pads for the Founder’s birthday:
Enkosi kakhulu.You didn’t just give a gift to one person. You gave dignity to others. 💚

A big THANK YOU to the Chairman, Friends of Manchristers, parents & players for donating 200 sanitary pads to Bafo Khewana Foundation NPC.

What these 200 pads will be used for:
They will be given FREE to girls in our communities. That’s 200 times a girl won’t have to skip school because of her period. Dignity. Attendance. Confidence.

RAINCOAT DRIVE: SIZE 9-10 YEARS 🌧️

This morning a local coach reached out to us about a young learner walking to school in slides. No school shoes. No warmth.

Bafo Khewana Foundation stepped in: we got him proper school shoes, a school shirt, and a fresh haircut so he can walk into class with dignity.

His next need: A raincoat before the rains come.

Today, Bafo Khewana Foundation visited the learners at Fezeka to donate school shoes from the donations we collected for the Founder’s birthday.

This came from a story that touched us deeply - two siblings in Gugulethu who lost their parents and are being cared for by someone misusing their grant money. They were walking to school in shoes that let water in and often going to bed hungry.

We don’t share their faces to protect their privacy and dignity,but we want you to know your donations are reaching them directly.

Because of you, they now have proper shoes to walk to school in. Thank you for turning birthday gifts into real impact.
