UPDATE 02.03.2026
Feyre had a very high temperature and was taken to the vet. She sadly was positive with distemper. Her body was to weak to fight and she was laid to rest. If you would like to help, help us inoculate to prevent the parvo and distemper virus that has no cure.

Our learning center was gifted with a 30 animal sterilization from SPCA. We always make our students a part of a sterilization drive: identifying animals, signing them up, collecting, and monitoring our recovering animals.

While on a walk through the village we were made aware of an unwanted pup that was surrendered to us on the spot. She is just skin and bones but as sweet as can be. She definitely has some Doberman in her and will grow up to be of medium size. We think she is round 3 months old. Please open your heart and home to this little girl now called Feyre. With ears like that she might even fly to you all by herself.

Ready to help us grow a future as bright as the South African sun? Sow the Seed NPO is working in the heart of Sir Lowry’s Pass Village to empower a community of 12,000 residents through education, skills development, and compassion.

The seeds we’ve planted are already blooming!

Just look at Aaron, who went from being out of school to maintaining a 90% average in his GED studies, or our Home-Based Care graduates who have achieved a high employment rate providing essential care to the elderly. We even have students like Charlie, who at 25 years old learned to write his name for the first time and has now found a future in sheltered employment.

We aren’t just helping humans, either; our Animal Welfare program ensures that hundreds of companion animals are sterilized, vaccinated, and provided with warm, sturdy kennels.

The most moving part of our mission is that we don’t have to go looking for those in need; it is often the children themselves who knock on our classroom door asking to be included in our programs.

Your support keeps the lights on, the laptops running, and provides the daily meals that allow our students to focus on their dreams instead of their hunger.

Every contribution, no matter the size, makes you a partner in impact:
