🫏🫏 Oh my goodness, what a special day yesterday was. 🫏🫏

We thought that Donkey was a rig. So we called in Dr Lee from Cape Vet Equine Practice. But before that, he received a yummy lick from Inspector Cindy, had his tiny back yard shoes removed and then he was sedated. As soon as this happened, we found out he was not a rig after all🙂🙏

Soon, Donkey will be in his forever home.🫏🙂

Jessica darling had been losing condition, and her owner was worried and called CHPA. We brought her into our clinic in Epping where Dr Lee from Cape Vet Equine Practice came to X-ray her mouth where we thought the problem was. The X-rays were sent to Dr Arnold to see what the next step is for Jessica.

🩵 In Loving Memory of Batman 🩵

It is with a very heavy heart that we let you know that Batman, Battle Cat, Battles, crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on Friday morning. 🌈

At around 18 years old, it was his time to say goodbye.

Just like so many of our beloved office cats, Batman arrived at our Epping Clinic and, for the past 15 years, made it his home. He was very much the boss, and all the other cats knew it! 😸

He had his own special personality and became such a familiar and much-loved part of our CHPA family. His presence around the clinic will be deeply missed.

Thank you, Batman, for choosing us, for all the years of companionship, and for making our clinic your home.

Run free, Batman. You were loved, you were part of our family, and you will never be forgotten. 🌈
