๐ฅฌ 1692 KG OF LEEKS HARVESTED!
From January until now, our gardens have produced an incredible 16,926 kg of leeks! ๐ฑ๐ฅฌ
This amazing achievement is the result of months of hard work, dedication and teamwork. As part of our contract-growing project for a local company, our garden team has worked tirelessly to grow, care for and harvest this incredible crop.
This would simply not have been possible without the helping hands of our Camphill Village residents and employees, so many hands have played a part in bringing this project to life.
๐ฑ A Harvest Worth Celebrating!
After months of hard work, the whole village came together for a special Harvest Festival to celebrate this wonderful achievement. Everyone enjoyed a meal together, and our hardworking residents and employees were proudly presented with certificates in recognition of their contribution.
It was a wonderful opportunity to pause, look back at everything that had been achieved, and celebrate the teamwork, commitment and community spirit that made it possible.
๐ A Special Shoutout to Nosi!
And, of course, a very special shoutout goes to Nosi, our Garden Manager, who headed this project from the start.
Nosi has kept the project moving forward from day one, organising, guiding, encouraging, pushing through the challenges and putting in countless hours to keep everything on track. Her dedication and hard work have been a huge part of making this project such a success.
Well done, Nosi, and well done to everyone who played a part! ๐ฑ๐
