I often pray to God....
*Give me ONE MORE Lord!*
And this past few weeks He has done that unexpectantly and abundantly!
We have been truely blessed with Jesus putting total strangers on our path to minister to.
Thank you Lord!!
Jesus instructs every follower to *"go and make disciples of all nations"*.
Look up The Great Commission.
We as believers are called *"ambassadors," appealing to others on God's behalf.*
2 Cor 5:20
People cannot believe in Christ unless they hear the message from someone who proclaims it.
Romans 10:14–15
Peter 3:15 commands us to always be prepared to explain the hope we have, but to do so with *gentleness and respect*.
But...
First we have to earn the Right to be Heard!
The Bible advocates building trust and genuine care. Colossians 4:5–6 advises Christians to "be wise in the way you act toward outsiders" and to ensure their conversations are "seasoned with salt.
*Love in Action:* John 13:35 tells us that loving one another is the defining mark of a disciple, suggesting people are often more receptive when they feel genuine care!
*The Bible are full of stories advocating One-on-One Evangelism!*
*Jesus and the Samaritan Woman*
John 4:1–26: Jesus engaged in a *personal*, one-on-one conversation with a woman at a well, addressing her specific life circumstances while steering the conversation toward "living water."
*Philip and the Ethiopian Eu**ch*
Acts 8:26–39: Philip was guided by the Holy Spirit to approach a chariot. He sat down and explained a specific Old Testament passage to the Ethiopian, leading directly to his conversion.
*Andrew bringing Peter*
John 1:40–42: Evangelism frequently happened person-to-person within families and close friendships, where Andrew simply told his brother Simon, "We have found the Messiah."
The primary call is to *faithfully share the message.*
1 Corinthians 3:6 reminds us that while we plant the seed (share the gospel), it is God who brings the spiritual growth.
So today I encourage YOU to pray for opportunities to speak boldly about our Jesus!
