🌊 AQUAGYM AT MAIDEN’S COVE – WE’RE OFF! 💦

The very first aquagym session was a great success! 🙌
A fun group, a beautiful setting, some good exercise…! 🌊☀️

A big thank you to Giulia, who came up with the idea and worked hard to make this new activity happen. We’re so happy to see it come to life! 💙

Whether you’re already sporty or simply looking for a fun way to get moving, come and join for the next session! No need to be an expert — just bring your swimsuit, your towel, booties and/or wetsuit if you’re worried about the cold… your energy and good mood. 😊

About last week ✍️: 10 km, spectacular views and a beautiful day out on the trails. 🥾🌿🌊

The group started the hike in Smitswinkel and made their way towards Buffels Bay, enjoying some incredible scenery along the way.

A good walk, great company and plenty of those Cape Town views that never get old. 💙

And yes… 10 km was definitely enough for the day! 😄

🚴‍♀️ ROAD BIKE SOCIAL RIDE – Sunday 4 October 🚴‍♂️

A lovely morning on the bikes with the Le Cap Sportif crew! ☀️

We rode 60 km from Hout Bay, taking on Chapies and Black Hill at our own pace, with plenty of regrouping along the way.

A relaxed ride, good vibes, beautiful roads and, of course, a well-deserved coffee stop to finish the morning. ☕️

A lovely group enjoyed a great hike organised by Dawan, with beautiful landscapes, pretty wildflowers and plenty of good vibes along the way. 🥾🌿

🚵🏻‍♀️☀️ Sunday MTB ride in Cecilia Forest!

Perfect weather for our group of 5 this morning: blue skies, sunshine and that warm feeling that summer is on its way! 🌞

A beautiful ride through the Newlands / Kirstenbosch trails, with the forest all around and some stunning views along the way. 🌿🚵‍♀️
