RedZebra Youth Empowerment Foundation was established in 2011 by Mark Dodsworth and Peter Schaupp as a Non-profit Organization (NPO). Leveraging off of the legacy of almost twenty years of RedZebra Global's work of bringing percussion, music, song and the performing arts to people all over South Africa and the world, the Foundation was formed to creatively contribute to communities whereby young p

eople are empowered through performing arts to improve their confidence, create positive social change and safer, healthier and equitable communities. Our vision is that by committing to reversing the burden of disease from HIV, TB and STIs and bringing attention to Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in South Africa we can powerfully contribute to a nation of confident, entrepreneurial and socially conscious young people in order to see a positive and transformed South African society.
