Last week, Art Club began preparing for this year's Lions International Peace Poster Competition. The theme is "Together As One." This theme encourages young people to envision what can be achieved when diverse groups unite for a common cause. The contest is open to students aged 11 to 13. Each year, Christiane works with promising learners, and we are blown away by the works they produce. It takes a lot of commitment and many hours to produce entry worthy posters. We look forward to seeing what this year's contestants create. We have assistance from volunteers Privy and Nandi, who encourage the learners and make the classes a fun learning experience.
