We are incredibly grateful to Sheraton Textiles for their very generous donation of bedding and mattress protectors to our Home! 🛏️✨

A special thank you to Kay and the team at ooba for arranging this wonderful donation and helping make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children in our care.

❤️ The impact goes beyond a comfortable bed. The bedding helps create a warm, welcoming and restful sleeping environment, while the mattress protectors help keep mattresses clean, hygienic and protected for longer. Together, these essentials help us provide the children with a comfortable place to sleep, supporting their well-being, dignity and sense of security.

We are so grateful to Tershia and the Sheraton Textiles team, as well as Kay and the ooba team, for helping us make our Home a more comfortable and nurturing place for every child.

It is always so lovely seeing familiar faces around the Quiz Night tables, and we really appreciate you choosing to spend your evening with us and support our children. We hope you had a wonderful time and enjoy your prize! 📚😊

To all our loyal Quiz Night supporters, we honestly cannot thank you enough. So many of you have support our Quiz Nights time and time again, and it means so much to us to see you coming back, bringing your teams and helping us make these evenings such a success.

We are incredibly proud to share this beautiful feature by Atlantic Sun, telling the story of the South African Children’s Home, our 218-year history, our purpose and, most importantly, the children at the heart of everything we do. 💙

For more than two centuries, our Home has remained committed to caring for vulnerable children, creating a safe and nurturing environment where they can grow, learn, discover their strengths and build brighter futures.

In 1808, Mrs Möller looked at the children in her community with nowhere to go, and built them a home. Upon her passing, she donated the bulk of her estate to the orphanage she had founded.

More than 200 years later, the South African Children's Home still stands, caring for 44 boys and girls in a safe and loving environment.

At MacRobert Attorneys, we are proud to support the South African Children's Home and the enduring work it does for South Africa's most vulnerable children. Some legacies are worth protecting.
