How can people with hearing loss be included in faith communities?
As stated in our previous post, leaders can provide notes on the service before the event, preferably a few days prior so that the individual has time to read through the sermon, prayers and readings. In this way, they have an idea of what will be covered in the service and can better follow the proceedings.
