When the magic trick goes wrong, just call it comedy! 😂

“Comedy came later, largely because I realised that if the trick went wrong and people laughed, technically I could still claim success.”

The hilarious Stuart Taylor is returning to his magical roots as host of MAJIKA: Africa’s Greatest Illusionists!

In a wonderfully entertaining interview with The Cape Robyn, Stuart spills the beans on his College of Magic days, his journey from magician to comedian and why he might soon regret agreeing to certain things in rehearsals.

WHAT. A. DAY!

Yesterday was an absolute triumph as our young magicians took to the stage and showed just how much hard work, courage and dedication they’ve poured into their acts.

We couldn’t be prouder. Well done to every single competitor who stepped into the spotlight and made this year’s Magicana Jnr Magic Championships so special!

And a huge thank you to all the families, friends and supporters who cheered them on, encouraged them and helped make the day such a wonderful celebration of young magical talent. Your support means the world!
