اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا وَاهْدِنَا وَعَافِنَا وَارْزُقْنَا

Allahumma-ghfir lana, warhamna, wahdina, wa ‘aafina, warzuqna.

O Allah, forgive us, have mercy on us, guide us, grant us well-being, and provide for us.

Ya Allah, on this blessed Friday, fill our hearts with Imaan, our homes with Sakina, our lives with Barakah, and our difficulties with ease. Grant shifaa to those who are ill, relief to those who are struggling, and accept the Duahs we keep hidden in our hearts. Forgive our sins, have mercy on our deceased, and grant us and our loved ones the highest ranks of Jannah. Aameen Ya Rabbal Aalameen 🤲🏻

Islam has entrusted men with a responsibility towards the women in their lives — a responsibility rooted in mercy, protection, respect and justice. Strength is not a means to control or intimidate; it is an amanah to protect, provide, support and create a home where a woman feels safe, valued and honoured.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: “The best of you are those who are best to their women.” (Tirmidhi)

May Allah SWT remind us that true strength is found in gentleness, true leadership is shown through compassion, and true protection is never accompanied by harm. May every woman be treated with the dignity and respect that Islam has granted her. Ameen. 🤲🏼

Alhamdulillah, Shukrulillah! iCare Travel & Tours’ First Umrah Group

We are honoured to share that iCare Travel & Tours’ very first Umrah group departs today, 15 September 2026, In Sha Allah.

Amongst the blessed Mutamireen are our very own driver, Sadick Fisher, and cook, Shanaaz Girie. Alhamdulillah, iCare was blessed with the opportunity to sponsor Sadick Fisher and wife, Mishka Fisher née Wilson, along with Farieda Jacobs and Julayga Watson for Umrah. As iCare’s first group of sponsored Mutamireen, we are truly honoured to be part of their journey to the blessed lands.

We ask you to keep group in your duahs. May Allah ﷻ accept their Umrah, grant them a safe and blessed journey, and return them home with their hearts filled with Imaan and beautiful memories. Ameen.

May Allah SWT fill our homes with sakeenah (tranquillity), mercy and love, and make our homes places where hearts feel safe, children feel valued, and families grow closer to Him.

Let us build patience instead of anger, kindness instead of harshness, forgiveness instead of resentment, and gentleness in the way we speak and treat one another. May Allah SWT beautify our character, strengthen our families, and make our homes a source of peace and barakah. 🤲🏼

As we remember our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ during this blessed month, let us fill our hearts and tongues with Salawat upon him.

Let us make it a habit today and every day to send Salawat, remember his beautiful character, follow his Sunnah, and keep his love alive in our hearts.

May Allah ﷻ grant us the honour of being among those closest to the Prophet ﷺ and bless us with his intercession on the Day of Qiyamah. Ameen. 🤲🏽

🕋 WHAT IS BA'DAL UMRAH?

Ba'dal Umrah means performing Umrah on behalf of another person — either a loved one who has passed away, or someone who is permanently unable to perform Umrah themselves due to old age or illness.

It is a beautiful act of worship and a meaningful way to honour our loved ones, while making du'aa and seeking Allah's ﷻ mercy and reward for them.

A person performing Ba'dal Umrah should have already completed their own Umrah.

🤍 JUMU'AH REMINDER

May Allah ﷻ accept every sincere act of worship, shower our departed loved ones with His mercy, and grant those who long to visit the Haramain the opportunity to do so.

Thursday Feeding Scheme – Highlight of the Week 🍛❤️

Every week, iCare Children’s Foundation supports various community kitchens with their cooking — including our own — helping ensure that warm, nourishing meals reach families and individuals in need.

This week, we shine the spotlight on Nazeem from the Heideveld area, who prepared a lekker pot of dhal curry with tender mutton pieces and potatoes, served with rice for our community today. And to make the meal even sweeter, everyone enjoyed delicious plain doughnuts for dessert! 🍩

A heartfelt Shukraan to Nazeem for his efforts, and to all our generous sponsors and donors who make our Feeding Scheme possible. May Allah SWT reward you all in abundance, grant you the best of both worlds, and accept your contributions. 🤲🏼❤️
