At One Step Outreach, we are committed to serving our community with compassion and care. We assist:

• Elderly persons in distress or abusive environment

• Children and grandchildren affected by substance abuse in the home children

• Individuals struggling with substance abuse by helping with rehabilitation intake and support

We also offer free online WhatsApp counselling sessions by upfront booking with a trusted counsellor.

There is a deep sadness in our community right now. Hearing about the loss of four lives in Delft reminds us just how fragile life is — and how much pain so many families are carrying.
Too many of our young people are being taken too soon. Too many dreams are being buried before they even have a chance to grow. It leaves us asking difficult questions, and feeling a heaviness that words can hardly explain.
But even in moments like this, we cannot give up on our community. We cannot give up on our youth.
Let this be a moment where we come together — not only in grief, but in purpose. Let us check on our children, speak to them, guide them, and remind them that their lives matter. Let us be present, be supportive, and be the safe spaces they need in a world that can sometimes feel unsafe.
To every young person: your life has value, your future matters, and there are people who care deeply about you — even when it may not always feel that way.
To the families who are grieving: our hearts are with you. You are not alone in your pain.
As a community, we must stand stronger, love louder, and protect one another more intentionally. Change begins with us — in our homes, our streets, and our daily choices.
