Raising the Berg A passion project inspired by the lack of funding available for community projects within our direct environment.

After realising that there is a shortage of funding and platform for Muizenberg-based charities, we created the Raising the Berg concept. A charity event series held tri-monthly to raise funds for causes close to the heart of Muizenberg. It is young, it is fresh and the Raising the Berg team are open to all input and ideas from fellow passionates. For now, the plan is to raise funding for two loca

l Muizenberg-based projects. One of the projects will be a constant, Surf Outreach based at Oven Baked in Muizenberg. Raising the Berg will feature a different charity with each event within the series.
