Meet our second panel speaker for our Collab event.

Millisanté De Wee-Petersen is a director at PH Attorneys, where she leads the firm’s Commercial Practice Group in Mossel Bay. A graduate of the University of the Free State (UFS), she earned her LLB in 2020 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2022.

Appointed a director in 2024 at the age of 26, Millisanté has built her practice in commercial and corporate law after beginning her career in litigation. She is currently completing her master’s degree at UFS, researching artificial intelligence in relation to South African commercial and intellectual property law.

A former residence prime and student leader, Millisanté remains committed to leadership, mentorship and empowerment. She brings a strong focus on integrity, client service and continued professional growth to her work.

Meet our first panel speaker for our upcoming COLLAB-CONNECT-GROW - Women in Business Event!

Adrie Jurgensen is the Director of Communications, Marketing and Partnerships at Badisa, a leading faith-based social development organisation in South Africa.

With almost 30 years of experience across journalism, corporate communication, radio and the NGO sector, Adrie has built her career around communication, storytelling and connection. She started her career at Die Burger, later headed Corporate Social Investment at Media24, worked in radio, and founded Max and Me, an initiative focused on helping children build emotional resilience.

At Badisa, she works across communication, marketing, fundraising and partnerships, with a particular passion for using creativity and collaboration to strengthen organisations and create social impact.

Adrie believes good communication is about more than telling a story — it is about building trust, creating connections and inspiring people to care and take action.
