✨ We're excited to start sharing some of the programs we run, and we're kicking things off with one close to our hearts.
Forge & Fire is a transformative wilderness rite of passage for young men stepping into adulthood. Set in the mountains of the fynbos biome, it's where challenge meets reflection, and young men return home grounded in identity, purpose, and brotherhood.
In December 2025, we ran Forge & Fire for the very first time as a pilot project, and it was everything we hoped it would be and more.
Here's what one participant had to say:
"It's a place where one truly discovers themselves. I discovered a strength within me that I didn't know existed, and learned to silence the noise so I could hear clearly. My confidence to overcome obstacles has grown, and I'm committed to sharing what I received with my community."

Under the shadow of Table Mountain, we found light in community.

Under the majestic backdrop of Table Mountain, we had the privilege of conducting training with Community Keepers, an organisation close to our hearts. 💙

For the past two years, Community Keepers have been walking alongside us, delivering our Breakthrough Program to their clients. Their work is more than just support; it’s a preventative lifeline, equipping young people with the tools to face life’s challenges before they become overwhelming.

At One Million Strong, this is exactly what we stand for, prevention, empowerment, and building stronger communities from the inside out. 🌱✨

Moments like these remind us that true change is not a quick fix, but a shared journey. Together, we are planting seeds of resilience, healing, and hope that will grow for generations to come. 🌍💪
