Two milestones, visitors from Wellington and Worcester meeting for the first time and a mother and son making memories with our parkrun frame. Thank you for joining us this morning and thank to our volunteers. See you next week!

(We won’t have a parkrun on 24 October as it is the Melkbos Athletic Club’s 15km race. It’s a nice flat course and starts and finishes at Die Damhuis.)

It might be a tad wet. 💦 🌧️☔️💧See you at 08:00!
