✅Beneficiaries who are able to use the self service portal are encouraged to complete their life certification annually.

✅However, where a beneficiary is specifically identified by SASSA for immediate e-Life Certification, the beneficiary is required to comply within the stipulated timeframe, irrespective of their grant type or date of birth.
✅To avoid payment disruption, beneficiaries are urged to respond promptly to life certification requests and ensure their information is up to date.
