Our focus for the next few months is Sustainability. Following on from last week's blog article on The Sustainability Mindset, we will be hosting an online event for NPO leaders on the relationships behind sustainable earned income.

A business plan can clarify the idea, the market and the numbers. It cannot build the relationships that bring an income-generating activity to life.

Shaun Pretorius, CEO of The Message Trust South Africa, will share practical experience from the Gangstar Café, the business arm of The Message Trust.

The conversation will help leaders consider which customers, funders and champions matter most, and how those relationships can be managed beyond one person’s contacts or memory.
