anced player support system for their country. Further the blanket of support extended to a player must not focus only on making her a heroine or him a hero at the prime of his/her performance, but it must also provide the players with a firm grounding or springboard for a well-balanced career beyond those peak competitive days. A place where the philosophies are strongly based around a family ethos both on and off the field, building character, leadership skills by polishing not only the raw talent and skill, but hearts and souls too, developing full rounded personalities improving the future of the Western Province and the broader South Africa.
