African Indigenous Sustainable Development - AISD African Indigenous Sustainable Development (AISD) is a newly formed NGO, established in Cape Town, South Africa on 12 June 2015.

This NGO has been registered as a Section 21 company with both the Department of Social Development and the Department of Trade and Industry. The directors of AISD consist of a group of International and South African students at University of the Western Cape (UWC) campus who gathered together with the intention of creating entrepreneurial opportunities that would be sustainable across the Africa

n continent. One salient feature of AISD directors are that they represent a multiple nations on the continent of Africa as well as reflect the cultural diversity of the South African landscape.
