Taylor & Francis has just alerted SANLiC that the 2025 Open Access article publishing entitlement in hybrid journals has been depleted. SANLiC and Taylor & Francis have signed an addendum to ensure that all articles accepted in 2025 that have missed the chance for a funding decision in 2025 will be reuploaded to the Research Dashboard for SANLiC admins to take a decision on and will be published OA using the 2026 article allocation for each fund. This means that all articles submitted and accepted in 2025 will still be entitled to be published OA without author facing charges in 2026.
