π GBV Awareness Programme for Kids β Today at 1PM! π
Today our organisation will be running a special Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Awareness Programme for children aged 8 to 14 years old.
We believe that teaching children about respect, kindness, and non-violence at an early age is one of the most powerful ways to build a safer future. Too often kids tease, hit, name-call, or bully each other without understanding the long-term impact. These behaviours can grow into anger, disrespect, and even violence later in life.
Todayβs programme will help children learn:
β¨ The meaning of respect
β¨ Why violence, name-calling and bullying are never okay
β¨ How boys and girls should treat each other
β¨ How to say βNoβ, set boundaries, and stay safe
β¨ How to get help from a trusted adult
β¨ How to build healthier relationships as they grow
Weβll be using fun, interactive activities, discussions, and role-play scenarios to teach these important lessons in a safe and supportive environment.
π Time: 1PM Today
π Age Group: 8β14
π Purpose: Building respectful, confident, and informed young people
Letβs raise a generation that chooses kindness over violence, respect over fear, and safety for all. β€οΈππ
