This practical and interactive session will explore how healthcare organisations can translate the recommendations of the ISQua Patient Safety White Paper into meaningful improvements in frontline care. Through real-world case studies and implementation experiences from India, Jordan, the UAE and Brazil, participants will gain valuable insights into putting patient safety principles into practice across a range of healthcare settings.

Dr Pichumani is an internationally recognised leader in healthcare quality and patient safety. She serves on the ISQua Board and is a member of the ISQua Patient Safety Task Force. As Lead Author of the ISQua White Paper on Patient Safety for Healthcare Organisations, she has played a pivotal role in advancing patient safety globally. With over three decades of experience, she has led quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across public and private healthcare organisations and brings extensive expertise in implementation science, accreditation and person-centred care.
