💙 What if one act of kindness could change someone's day?

That is what our Courage to Care Day Campaign is all about.

From 16 to 22 September, we invite everyone to join us in spreading the Courage to Care through meaningful acts of service.

Whether it's making sandwiches, collecting stationery, packing hygiene items, creating a Jar of Hope, or simply lending a helping hand, every act of kindness can make a difference.

Changing lives doesn't require extraordinary resources. It simply requires a willing heart and the courage to care. ✨

MOT is more than a life-skills programme, it is a space where young people are encouraged to discover who they are, develop healthy relationships, and build a strong foundation for the future.

Through engaging activities such as games, role-play, storytelling, group discussions, and reflection, participants actively take part in their own personal growth and development. These experiences help strengthen confidence, mental wellness, emotional awareness, and social responsibility while encouraging young people to care for themselves and those around them.

The result is young people who are better equipped to face challenges, support others, embrace opportunities, and create positive change in their communities.

What life skill do you believe every young person should learn before entering adulthood?
