🏅 What happens when excess stock becomes economic opportunity?

In this interview captured for the Western Cape Economy Innovation Awards, TCB CEO and Co-Founder Tracey Chambers shares how Taking Care of Business partners with South Africa's retailers to transform excess goods into sustainable livelihoods for unemployed entrepreneurs.

Today, more than 8,000 people have come through our programmes, generating income for their families while helping reduce waste through the circular economy.

At 33, Rose Tema is working towards her dream of owning her own repair and selling business. Through TCB, she has strengthened her understanding of money management, pricing and costing, helping her make more informed business decisions.

Her goal? To grow her business and open her own shop within the next year.
