As we continue to strengthen the emotional wellbeing of the next generation, strong governance and strategic leadership are essential to ensuring our impact is both meaningful and sustainable.

Phemelo brings valuable experience in business strategy, governance, leadership, and investment, together with a genuine commitment to social impact. Last Saturday's NXTGENMEN event brought together an incredible group of boys for a day of soccer, connection, and conversations that matter.

From the first whistle to the final match, the energy was unmatched. Thank you Kerria Primary school.

Some people leave a mark not because of one big moment — but because of the thousands of small ones.

Today we say thank you to Urshwin as he moves on from School of Hard Knocks to pursue new opportunities.

Over the years, Urshwin grew through many roles within the organisation — from Coach, to Team Leader, to Programme Manager, leading and mentoring others — but through every chapter, one thing stayed the same: a deep commitment to young people and creating spaces where they could feel seen, heard, and valued.

Thank you for the energy, care, ideas, laughter, and impact you brought to the team and the communities we serve.
