Capitec Bank: Bank Better Champion Learnership 2026 Apply Online

Capitec Bank has officially opened applications for the Bank Better Champion Learnership Pipeline 2026. This program is specifically designed for unemployed South African youth with a Grade 12 certificate who are looking to enter the banking sector without prior experience.

1. Program Overview
The “Bank Better Champion” role is the frontline of the Capitec branch. Learners are trained to manage client flow, assist at ATMs, and help customers use digital/remote banking channels.

Target Audience: Unemployed youth (Ages 18–35).
Duration: Typically 12 months (Structured workplace-based learning).
Stipend: Learners receive a monthly allowance (specific amounts are usually disclosed during the interview stage).
Career Path: Successful learners are prioritized for permanent Service Consultant roles.
2. Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the 2026 intake, you must meet the following criteria:

Education: Grade 12 National Certificate or relevant Vocational qualification (NCV Level 4).
Experience: No previous work experience required (Entry-level).
Skills: * Basic calculation/mathematical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
Conditions of Employment:
Clear criminal record.
Clear credit record (no judgments or defaults).
Fingerprints must be detectable on Capitec’s internal systems.
