Jacobus at Quasar

Jacobus at Quasar Quadriplegics pooled their resources and purchased a house in Parow, Cape Town to accommodate themselves styled "Quasar House."

The concept of the house is basically that we make our own decisions within a group. Once a month we have a house meeting where we take important decisions and allocate various tasks to the residents. Furthermore, every resident has a department that he or she must handle. One resident for example will be responsible for all matters relating to transport while another resident will do all the admi

nistration of the house. Quasar relies on donations and support from the public. Any financial assistance would be greatly appreciated and warmly received.
