Our Holiday Programme is about creating opportunities for children from underserved communities to:

EXPLORE new environments
DISCOVER the natural world
LEARN through real experiences
CONNECT with nature, themselves and others
WONDER about the world around them

When children are given the opportunity to explore nature, they don’t just learn about the environment.. they begin to build a relationship with it.

And that matters.

Sometimes what looks like a lack of ambition is actually a lack of access.

That is why this work matters.

A heartfelt thank you to SANParks Honorary Rangers South African National Parks for partnering with us to expose young people to nature, new experiences and South Africa’s natural heritage... helping them discover possibilities beyond what they have always known.

Sometimes, you don't need to tell a young person to dream bigger.

You simply need to show them that a bigger world exists.💚

Campsite visit 🌿💚

We visited the campsite at West Coast National Park, where our Youth Environmental Education Camp will be taking place from 28–30 September 2026.

What is even more exciting is the programme planned for the duration of the camp. It is packed with educational and meaningful experiences designed to give our young people the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the environment around them and, hopefully, develop a deeper appreciation for the natural world. 🌿

A heartfelt thank you to SANParks Honorary Rangers South African National Parks and everyone working with us to make our Environmental Education Programmes a success.

We truly appreciate your support, your time and your willingness to walk this journey with us.

NATURE is our classroom and our philosophy is simple:

“WE CANNOT PROTECT WHAT WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND.”

The Camps Bay Pipe Track gave our young people space to walk, explore, learn and connect , not only with Nature, but with one another and themselves. 💚

This is part of how we create pathways for young people to develop knowledge, confidence and a sense of responsibility for the world around them.

As part of our environmental education approach, we draw on the 5 T’s of Action Learning to encourage young people to:

🌿 TUNE IN - become aware of themselves and the environment around them.

🌿 TOUCH - experience Nature through meaningful, hands-on interaction.

🌿 TALK - share observations, questions, ideas and experiences.

🌿 THINK - reflect on what they have discovered and why it matters.

🌿 TAKE ACTION - turn understanding into responsibility and care.

This technology adds another layer to the work we do, strengthening our ability to connect, research, create meaningful environmental education resources and share our work.

For our young people, it becomes another tool for learning , supporting schoolwork, research, exploring opportunities and accessing information that can broaden what they see as possible.

This donation is therefore more than technology.

It is access.
It is possibility.
It is a pathway.
