🚨URGENT: Help Us Give Nala the Comfort and Loving Home She Deserves 🚨

Meet Nala. At only 6 years old, this sweet girl should be running, playing, and living life to the fullest. But recently, we noticed she was walking a little off balance. After taking her in for X-rays, we received devastating news: Nala is suffering from severe arthritis in her hips, elbows, and spine. 💔

To keep her pain-free and comfortable, Nala has started a regimen of weekly injections and daily mobility care. We don’t yet know how long these treatments will keep her pain at bay, but we do know one thing for certain: she deserves to spend whatever time she has left relaxing in a real home, not a shelter.

Nala is an absolute sweetheart who simply wants a chilled spot next to the couch to sleep and soak up all the love you have to give. Because she prefers not to share her space with other dogs, she needs to be the only pet in a quiet, loving home. 🏡✨

As a rescue, covering her ongoing X-rays, specialized supplements, and weekly injections is a massive financial strain. We are urgently appealing to our amazing community to help us cover Nala’s mounting vet bills so we can give her the dignified, comfortable life she so desperately needs.

THEY DEPEND ON US — AND WE DEPEND ON YOU 🐾

Every month, we fight to keep 12 rescued beasts safe, fed and cared for. On top of that, we also support and feed 3 sterilised Boerboels in a nearby community because rescue doesn’t stop at our gates.

Behind every wagging tail is a monthly cost:
🐶 Food
💉 Basic vet care
🦟 Tick & flea treatment
🧼 Cleaning supplies
❤️ Daily care and love

To continue doing what we do, we need to raise around R16,000 every single month.

We receive NO government funding.

Everything we do is made possible by people like YOU.

No donation is ever too small:
✨ R50 helps fill hungry bowls
✨ R150 helps protect against ticks & fleas
✨ R500 helps towards vet expenses
✨ R1,000 sponsors one rescue dog for a full month

If our rescue has ever made you smile, inspired you, or touched your heart — please consider helping us continue this mission.

Because of your support, these dogs get:
🐾 A second chance
🐾 Safety
🐾 Full bellies
🐾 Love they may never have known before

📩 Want to sponsor a specific dog or become a monthly supporter? Send us a message.

Just a quick reminder that we can as of 1 August issue Tax Exemption Certificates for all qualifying donations.

🧡🐾 7 YEARS OF MAJESTIC BEAST RESCUE 🐾🧡

Today, 23 September, we celebrate 7 incredible years of Majestic Beast Rescue — 7 years of second chances, wagging tails, happy endings, heartbreak, hope, and countless lives changed forever. 🐾

As we celebrate our birthday alongside Heritage Day, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU.

Thank you to every person who has ever donated, shared a post, bought something to support our rescue, sponsored food, helped with vet bills, opened their home, volunteered their time, or simply sent a message of encouragement when we needed it most.

And to every single family who has adopted from us — thank you for giving one of our rescue beasts the greatest gift of all: a forever home. ❤️

Every adoption is a reminder of why we keep going. Every happy face, every wagging tail and every dog sleeping safely on a couch makes the difficult days worth it.

Rescue doesn’t happen alone. It takes a community. And over the past 7 years, you have been that community for us.

🇿🇦 This Heritage Day, help us continue building a kinder South Africa — one where every dog has a chance to be loved, safe and wanted.

If you’d like to celebrate our 7th birthday with us, please consider making a donation, no matter how big or small. Every contribution helps us provide food, veterinary care, shelter and a second chance to the dogs who are still waiting for theirs.

🧡 Here’s to 7 years — and to many more lives saved.

Thank you for standing beside us.
Thank you for believing in us.
Thank you for choosing rescue.

🐾 Majestic Beast Rescue
Change lives. One paw at a time. 🧡

💕 MEET LEIA — LOOKING FOR HER FOREVER HOME 💕🐾

SOMERSET WEST - CAPE TOWN

Sometimes life changes in ways we never expect, and sadly, Leia now finds herself looking for a new family. Her owner is moving into a retirement home, and Leia needs someone special to open their heart and home to her.

🎂 Leia turns 10 in October… but honestly, you’d never guess it! She has the s***k, energy and enthusiasm of a much younger girl. She has SO much life left to live and is ready for her next chapter. ❤️

Leia has the most amazing, friendly nature and is an absolute sweetheart. She loves other dogs and is crazy about children. She would thrive in a loving family where she can be part of everyday life, enjoy plenty of attention, and have a **nice big yard** where she can stretch her legs and enjoy the sunshine. 🌳🐶

She may be in her senior years, but Leia certainly hasn't received the memo! 😄 She still has plenty of personality, energy, love and adventures waiting for her.

🐾 Leia at a glance:
❤️ Turning 10 in October
⚡ Full of s***k & energy
🥰 Exceptionally friendly
🐕 Loves other dogs
👧 Absolutely loves children
🌳 Looking for a home with a nice big yard
🐱 **Not cat tested / does not know cats**

We would love to find Leia a family who will look beyond her age and see the beautiful, lively and loving girl she truly is. She deserves to spend the rest of her life surrounded by love, comfort, companionship and a family who will cherish her. 🩷

Could you be Leia's forever family? 🏡🐾

Please share her post far and wide. Sometimes the perfect home is only one share away. 💕
