Sports development is one of our core programs at ARAN Foundation. It helps with both mental health and physical health and it creates awreness . We took a break
and supported one of our boys on the Soccer field and well done to the organisers of the event .

It was good to see the boys motivated even when the sun was blasting and we tanned on the sidelines.

Today, we celebrate the rich heritage that makes South Africa so beautifully diverse — our cultures, languages, traditions, stories and the people who carry them forward.

Heritage Day is more than a celebration of where we come from. It is also a reminder of how we choose to treat one another today.

At ARAN Foundation, we believe that strong communities are built through kindness, respect, compassion and understanding. Our differences should never divide us; they should teach us, connect us and give us an opportunity to learn from one another.
Let us raise children who are proud of their heritage, respectful of the heritage of others, and compassionate towards those around them.

Let us celebrate our differences, protect our shared humanity and continue building communities where every person feels valued, seen and respected.

Our annual Santa Shoebox Campaign , will be accepting donations earlier this year due to the increase in beneficiaries and we invite individuals, families, schools, businesses and corporate partners to help us make this Christmas unforgettable for children in our communities.

Last year we had approximately 120 boxes and this year our aim is 200 boxes

By sponsoring one Santa Shoebox or an item towards a shoebox , you can make a lasting difference in a child's life.

Each shoebox should include:
4 stationery items
pair of socks
pair of shoes
story book
Vaseline/Lotion
face cloth
Tooth Brush
Tooth Paste
Toy

Donations Open September 2026 – 25 November 2026
Every donated shoebox is more than a gift it is a message of love, dignity, hope and belonging.

Mental Health and Physical Health awareness is one of our core initiatives. For the past few years we have outsourced our printing but it has become very costly. As an organisation who depends on donation we are reaching out to fellow business owners and our wonderfull community to share or donate towards our donation requests.

Mental Health awareness starts with education.
We are currently raising funds for equipment and stationery equipment that will help us compile learning materials for our Mental Health Awareness seminars.

This Autism Awareness Month, we honour the parents who supports and encourages their children to be free to be themselves and not worry about the stigma attached to Autism. 💙

We would like to introduce our cutiepie with the sweetest smile Luca with mommy Ash , the admiration we have for such a woman with endless patience and silent sacrifices, the unwavering love — all given so her child with autism , in order for him to feel safe, understood, and accepted. Even when the journey becomes overwhelming, she never gave up. She keeps on showing up with strength, hope, and unconditional love.

To every parent walking this journey: you are seen, you are appreciated, and you are not alone. Your love is changing lives every single day.

Last year Autism awareness month was so personal to our founders and staff. We were praying for safe travelling and a safe trek up Mount Everest in Aid of Autism Awareness. Aidan was brave and commited to a cause that affects many people. We are proud of you we applaud your your work.
