*Affairs Official and Security* *personnel*

l A lady, and a gentleman had appointments at Home Affairs
and had proof of our online
bookings. Our names were not
on the page the Home Affairs officials had, so we asked them
if they could run our reference numbers in the system to check.
The official said no and threw us
out. The security hurt this lady in
the process, and we were shifted
and pushed by the Home Affairs official and security when we
asked for assistance. They could have decently said they couldn't assist, but instead threw us out.
