It was such a joy to reach Clanwilliam and deliver Nutriffic porridge to an ECD in the community. 🥰

Through our partnership with Nutrific, we’re able to reach communities further afield and help provide little ones with a nourishing start to their day. 💛

From one community to the next, every box of porridge is a reminder that small acts of kindness can make a big difference. 🌱✨

❤️ Today, we honour the hands that built our communities.

This Mandela Day, Umanyano SA is proud to bring together 100 community members aged 50+ for a day centred on dignity, compassion and service.

In partnership with Biovac, Pinelands CID, Samaritan’s Feet South Africa and The Young Samaritans SA, and CPF, we will celebrate the incredible individuals who have shaped our communities through a day of fellowship, wellness and giving.

Together we:
🥣 Share a wholesome, nutritious meal.
👟 Wash feet and gift new socks and supportive shoes.
💃 Enjoy a fun wellness and movement session led by Glenn Hans.
🛍️ Distribute 100 food hampers to help support vulnerable households.
🤝 Spend meaningful time connecting, listening and celebrating every story.

Nelson Mandela reminded us that changing the world doesn’t always require grand gestures, it begins with simple acts of kindness, compassion and service.

As we honour those who came before us, may we all be inspired to continue building stronger, kinder communities.

We are grateful to have been part of the Ward 49 Youth Day Sports Event held at Cornflower Sports Field, hosted by Zelna Jansen-Andre and the Whitaker Foundation. 💙

It was a privilege to hand over 100 party packs to the children, adding a little extra joy to a day filled with fun, laughter, and community spirit.
