Friends of Table Mountain is a registered non-profit dedicated to protecting and preserving Table Mountain National Park through lobbying and rehabilitation efforts. Engaging in meaningful and transparent public engagement and consultation, including partnership endeavours. Advocating for safety and security for all recreational mountain users. Ongoing creation and effective maintenance of Table Mountain trails and infrastructure. Cooperative user and conflict management. Protection of TMNP flora and fauna, including the removal of invasive alien vegetation with our partners. Achieving these objectives will ensure a better recreational experience for visitors & Capetonians alike, improved tourism, job creation and upliftment of disadvantaged communities living around Table Mountain. Through our work, we have helped to restore and rehabilitate Table Mountain trails. We are proud of our accomplishments, but we know that there is still much work to be done. FOTM is fully dependent on donations, and with your support, we can continue to make a difference and take care of our mountain.
