We’re excited to share that we’ve wrapped up our 7th and final Nolands Foundation NOVA Initiative for 2026 at Salmonsdam, near Stanford, where it was a privilege to host the principal and team from St Augustine's Primary School for a weekend of reflection, connection and growth.
The NOVA Initiative is a programme that walks alongside school leaders, governing bodies, teachers and parents to help schools overcome barriers and unlock their full potential.
What stayed with us from the weekend was not just the feedback — although every participant rated the experience a 10 out of 10 — but the impact it will carry forward. One teacher summed it up beautifully with a powerful takeaway: “I need to shatter the glass ceilings.”
The principal shared that the first staff meeting back at school was unlike any he had led before, with the weekend’s lessons sparking gratitude, energy and moments of genuine inspiration across the room.
That is the heart of NOVA: not just creating a meaningful weekend, but helping shape conversations, mindsets and momentum that carry back into the classrooms.
None of this would be possible without the generosity of those who give their time, energy and resources to make these Summits happen. To everyone who helped make the NOVA Initiative in 2026 a success — thank you. Memories were made, and a lasting ripple effect has begun. ✨
