Weeks of prep, sore legs and sweat on the field, and it all comes down to this. Forward Foundation is heading to the Safari 7s, and we can't wait to take on some seriously good teams.

The work's been put in. Now we play.

Every pathway needs its first step. 🏉

On 23 September, boys who have participated in previous Forward Foundation clinics were invited to a day of advanced coaching hosted by the Paul Roos Foundation.

Through skills, coaching and competition, they were tested, encouraged and seen. The boys who stood out on the day will represent the Paul Roos Foundation at the Forward Faster Sevens on 24 and 25 October 2026.

The pathway starts with mass participation, Physical Education, sport, talent identification, development, and then Sevens.

Thank you to the Paul Roos Foundation, the coaches, the boys for their eagerness, their parents and guardians, and .hq

Come and watch these boys in action, along with many other local teams and our national pride, the South African 7s team. See you at the Forward Faster Sevens. 24 and 25 October 2026, at Makötter Sports Grounds, Stellenbosch.
